Health is easier when you don’t do it alone.
Short, focused workshops with Dr. Shahnaz Sabeti — built around a simple idea: bring someone you care about, learn together, and leave with a real commitment you’ll actually keep.
Real change rarely happens by yourself.
Most people don’t lack information about better health — they lack momentum. A solo plan to eat better, sleep more, or lose weight gets quietly abandoned within weeks. The same plan, made in a small group of people you trust, gets kept.
These workshops are built around that fact. You arrive with someone you care about. You spend twenty minutes learning something specific. You leave with a clear, personal commitment — and someone who knows about it, beside you for the journey.
It’s not a class. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s a focused conversation with a clinician who has been helping patients build lasting health for three decades — designed so the room itself does some of the work motivation can’t do alone.
Real questions, clinically grounded answers.
Workshops rotate through the topics patients most often ask about. Call 765-622-0600 to find out what’s coming up next — or to request a specific topic.
Increasing daily energy
Why your energy crashes and what you can do about it — beyond caffeine and willpower. The physiology of sustainable energy, and small adjustments that actually work.
Losing weight, sustainably
Why most weight-loss approaches fail in the long run, and what a physiology-grounded approach looks like. Not a diet plan — an honest conversation about what works.
Understanding clinical nutrition
What nutrition really does inside the body — beyond calories. Inflammation, recovery, hormones, and what to actually pay attention to on a label.
Getting the most health for your life
How the body actually keeps you well long-term — and how to make small, repeatable choices that compound. Less about restriction; more about resilience.
Stress, sleep, and recovery
What chronic stress actually does to the body — and the simple, structural changes that help you sleep better and recover faster, without quitting your life.
Healthy aging, on your terms
What stays the same about your body across decades, what changes, and where small choices today make outsized differences ten and twenty years out.
Bone health that lasts
What actually keeps bones strong as you age — and why it’s about far more than calcium. The everyday factors that protect bone density, and what’s worth paying attention to now.
Healthy skin from the inside
Skin reflects what’s happening inside the body. How nutrition, hydration, inflammation, and stress show up on your skin — and the changes that make a visible difference.
About an hour together. Three stages.
Each workshop follows the same rhythm — built around what actually helps people leave with momentum, not just information.
Education
Dr. Sabeti shares a focused, evidence-based perspective on the topic — what the research actually says, what works in clinical practice, and where common assumptions are wrong.
Guided discussion
The group talks through what they heard — questions, real-life scenarios, what’s getting in the way. Discussion is structured and small enough that everyone gets a chance to speak.
Personal commitment
Each person writes down one specific commitment — something they’re going to do in the next seven days. The friend they brought knows about it. That’s the part that changes things.
Health is contagious — in the best way.
Every workshop is built for pairs and small groups. Bring your partner. Bring your sister, your neighbor, the friend who keeps saying they’re going to do something about their back. Bring the family member you wish would take their health seriously.
You’ll learn more together. You’ll remember more. And you’ll have someone there when the easy thing is to fall back into old habits.
A real commitment — not just notes.
You’ll walk out the door with three things. None of them require buying anything. All of them require you to actually decide.
- One specific commitment. Something concrete you’re going to do in the next seven days — not “eat healthier” but a real, measurable action.
- An accountability partner. The friend you brought knows the commitment. That’s the part most people skip — and it’s the part that matters most.
- A clearer picture of what’s possible. Twenty minutes of clinical perspective changes how you think about the topic, often for years.
Anyone ready for a real conversation about their health.

Curious friends and family

Anyone stuck
If solo motivation hasn’t worked — for weight, energy, stress, or any health goal — the group format may be exactly what’s missing.
A few quick answers.
Do I have to be a patient of Dr. Sabeti to attend?
No. Workshops are open to anyone — and they’re often where people meet Dr. Sabeti for the first time. Bring yourself, bring a friend.
What’s the $20 fee for?
It reserves your spot. Workshops are limited to 10 people, and the reservation fee ensures attendees actually come — which is what makes the group format work. It’s not a profit center; it’s a commitment device.
What if I don’t have anyone to bring?
Come alone. The group itself will give you what an accountability partner provides. But if you can think of one person who might benefit, the experience is much stronger together.
Is this a sales pitch for chiropractic care?
No. The workshop topic is the topic. If you want to learn more about Dr. Sabeti’s clinical work, you’re welcome to ask, but no one’s going to corner you about it. We want you to leave thinking about your goal — not about us.
How long is each session?
Plan for about an hour. Dr. Sabeti leads 20–30 minutes of focused education, followed by open Q&A and discussion. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
When are the next workshops?
Workshops are scheduled as small groups form around a topic. Call 765-622-0600 to find out what’s coming up — and to be added to the list for a topic you’re interested in.
Pick a topic. Bring a friend. Let’s get started.
A short phone call is all it takes to get on the schedule. We’ll tell you what’s coming up, answer any questions, and reserve your spot with a $20 deposit.
