Dr. Sabeti’s comprehensive rehab framework.
Most rehabilitation stops at relief. Rehab 360 is built for what comes after — restoring how your body actually functions, so improvements last and you return to the activities you care about with confidence.
It’s a structured five-step framework that addresses alignment, fascia, nervous system, movement, and balance — supported by nutrition and mindful mobility work.

Five steps, working as one program.
Each step builds on the previous one. You can’t build a stable house on a crooked foundation — and you can’t sustain rehabilitation without addressing every layer that supports how your body moves.
Check for alignment.
Realign the pelvis to reduce strain throughout the body.
A misaligned foundation forces the spine, hips, and joints above it to compensate. Before any deeper work begins, we make sure the base is level — because everything that follows depends on it.
Release fascia.
Melt restrictions in connective tissue to instantly improve range of motion.
Three modalities work together at this stage: TECAR uses energy waves to support repair and localized blood flow; high-power laser uses deep light energy to relax tissues and reduce inflammation; cupping uses suction decompression to bring fresh blood to stagnant areas.
Train the nervous system.
Reset neural pathways and retrain the brain to recognize a normal stride.
Pain creates pain anticipation, and anticipation reinforces dysfunction. Ongoing therapy interrupts that loop — teaching the nervous system to expect normal movement again, not pain.
Neuromusculoskeletal exercises.
Customized clinical movements — not generic gym routines.
These are designed to reinforce the newly-trained nervous system and create a natural “corset” of supportive musculature. Each program is tailored to the patient’s specific structure, history, and goals.
Restore balance.
Achieve harmony across skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems — and return to favorite activities confidently.
The endpoint is not the absence of pain. It’s the presence of capability — the ability to garden, golf, lift a grandchild, or take a long walk without thinking about your body.
Two foundational supports that run alongside the program.
Rehabilitation works best when the body is supported nutritionally and through mindful, low-impact movement. Both pillars run alongside the five-step framework.
Dietary consult & supplementation
An anti-inflammatory diet supports recovery from the inside out — addressing the inflammation that often underlies persistent pain and slow healing.
Targeted supplementation typically includes Omega-3 for inflammation regulation and collagen for connective tissue support, calibrated to the patient’s specific needs.
Chair yoga
Safe mobility and flexibility work, accessible regardless of current fitness level. Combines deep stretching with mindful breathing.
Specifically supports spinal disc hydration and rotational mobility — the small movements that keep the spine resilient between treatment sessions.
Who Rehab 360 is for.
Rehab 360 is appropriate for patients who:
- Have completed initial pain relief and want to restore full function
- Have tried other approaches that addressed symptoms but not the underlying patterns
- Want to return to specific activities — sports, hobbies, daily life — that pain has interrupted
- Are committed to a structured, multi-week program rather than episodic visits
- Value being part of an active partnership in their own recovery
The therapies inside Rehab 360.
Rehab 360 isn’t separate from Dr. Sabeti’s other services — it’s the framework that ties them together. Each modality in the program has its own dedicated page:
Start with a consultation.
Rehab 360 begins with a thorough evaluation to determine which steps your specific condition needs most. From there, Dr. Sabeti builds a structured plan tailored to your goals.
